Please note, our wedding will take place the Friday of Labor Day weekend. As such, we recommend securing all travel reservations at your earliest convenience.

~OUT OF TOWN GUESTS~

Flights are encouraged into Portland, Oregon the day before the wedding on Thursday Sept 3rd. With overnight accommodations via Hotel or Airbnb Thursday Sept 3rd & Friday September 4th.

~TRANSPORTATION~

Out of town guests are encouraged to secure a rental car for ease of transport as uber services to and from the venue are unavailable due to the location.

~LOCAL GUESTS~

While our festivities will conclude at 9pm, If you are local and live more than 1 hour from the venue, consider an overnight stay nearby in the Cascade Locks or Hood River area the evening of the wedding.

If you are traveling from out of state we recommend staying in the downtown Portland area for a more elevated experience. Please note however, that transportation assistance will not be provided from the downtown Portland area to the wedding venue. As such a rental car is required due to the limited nature of uber to the venue location.

As on-site parking is limited, a secondary lot with shuttle service to the venue will be provided. Your specific lot assignment will be shared in our pre-wedding communication.

Guests assigned to off site parking will arrive at Home Valley Campground (listed below), where you may leave your vehicle and enjoy complimentary shuttle service for the 5 minute ride up to Wind Mountain Ranch.

Regrettably Shuttle service will not be provided from the Downtown Portland Area.
