Our wedding will take place the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Due to the location, and presence of the Labor Day Holiday, flights are encouraged into Portland, OR, the day before the wedding on Thursday Sept 3rd. With overnight accommodations via Hotel or Airbnb near the Venue Thursday Sept 3rd & Friday September 4th.

The venue is located roughly 1 hour from downtown Portland.

OUT OF TOWN GUESTS

For out of town guests who will need transportation to the wedding, we recommend flying into PDX and staying at one of the hotels listed below near the venue. If however you will be planning to rent a car, we recommend staying in the downtown Portland area for a more elevated hotel experience.

LOCAL GUESTS

If you are local and live more than 1 hour from the venue, we suggest considering an overnight stay near the venue in the Cascade Locks or Hood River areas the evening of the wedding.

HOTEL BLOCKS

We are currently attempting to secure a downtown Portland hotel block for out of town guests. Please note however if choosing to stay in the downtown Portland area, regrettably we will not be able to provide shuttle service to and from the venue. So please plan accordingly as Uber service may be limited and more costly than car rental.

Due to the holiday weekend, we recommend securing a refundable reservation for car rentals and hotels at your earliest convenience.

TRANSPORTATION

Carpooling is kindly requested where possible as parking will be limited.

If you are traveling in from out of state and planning on staying the duration of the holiday weekend in the downtown Portland area, we recommend considering car rental for ease of transport.

If you are traveling from out of state and will need transportation assistance to the venue, or plan to enjoy drinks at the wedding, we recommend reserving accommodations near the venue for safety, and so that we may get a head count for providing local shuttle service to and from the venue. As Uber transport back to Portland may be limited.

Please note shuttle service will not be provided from the Downtown Portland Area.
