The Details

Dress Code: Garden Formal

Our celebration will be an elegant indoor/outdoor affair. We encourage guests to dress in Garden Formal attire. Think flowy sets, knee to floor length dresses with block heels or wedges for ladies, and suits or blazers with slacks, loafers or dress shoes for gentlemen. Ties optional but welcome. Please refrain from polos, sneakers, or jeans. Light jackets or wraps encouraged for evening temperatures.

For color inspiration have fun with spring to summer hues and prints complimentary to the atmosphere and occasion. Think soft pastels, vibrant tones, and romantic metallics. Kindly refrain from white or ivory ensembles.

Can We Bring Our Children?

While we adore your little ones, apart from immediate family and those traveling in from out of state, we invite you to share in this adult centered celebration. Our hope is to enjoy an intimate evening where family and friends can gather, connect, and be fully present as we celebrate this new chapter together.

May I bring a Guest?

In keeping with our desire for an intimate celebration of family and friends, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or guests outside of those indicated on your invitation.

Will You Be Serving Dinner?

Yes! Our love of food and exploring new restaurants is one of the things that brought us together! We are so excited to be working with a local chef who has curated a beautifully well rounded and seasonal Farm to Table menu. Regrettably we are unable to accommodate specific food and dietary restrictions.

RSVP Deadline

Kindly RSVP by July 1st Click the RSVP tab to accept or decline your invitation. If we have not received a formal reply via the RSVP link on our website by July 1st we will presume that you are regrettably unable to attend. Please note, while we appreciate the phone calls and texts, a formal RSVP via your QR code is required to attend.

The venue is located roughly 1 hour from Downtown Portland

Holiday Travel

Please note, our wedding will take place the Friday of Labor Day weekend. As such, we recommend securing all travel reservations at your earliest convenience. ~OUT OF TOWN GUESTS~Flights are encouraged into Portland, Oregon the day before the wedding on Thursday Sept 3rd. With overnight accommodations via Hotel or Airbnb Thursday Sept 3rd &amp; Friday September 4th. ~TRANSPORTATION~Out of town guests are encouraged to secure a rental car for ease of transport as uber services to and from the venue are unavailable due to the location. ~LOCAL GUESTS~ While our festivities will conclude at 9pm, If you are local and live more than 1 hour from the venue, consider an overnight stay nearby in the Cascade Locks or Hood River area the evening of the wedding.

Hotel Recommendations

If you are traveling from out of state we recommend staying in the downtown Portland area for a more elevated experience. Please note however, that transportation assistance will not be provided from the downtown Portland area to the wedding venue. As such a rental car is required due to the limited nature of uber to the venue location. Parking & Shuttle Services

As on-site parking is limited, a secondary lot with shuttle service to the venue will be provided. Your specific lot assignment will be shared in our pre-wedding communication. Guests assigned to off site parking will arrive at Home Valley Campground (listed below), where you may leave your vehicle and enjoy complimentary shuttle service for the 5 minute ride up to Wind Mountain Ranch. Regrettably Shuttle service will not be provided from the Downtown Portland Area.
